Where can I see what's already been paid?

1- Click on "Registration" on the main menu, then on "Payment" on the left menu

Here you can see what has been paid in total.

If the payment link is an option in your country, you can do further steps to see the payments received:

2- Click on the blue button "actions" in the upper right corner

3- Choose "See the parents payments"
